Message to CEO's


What choices do you have? What opportunities are there?

As CEO, you are the person most directly vested with the responsibility of moving your organisation forwards. In the current climate of relentless change, great technological developments, enormous security issues, increased globalisation, raging competition, and intense shareholder pressure, this is no easy challenge.

Consider the impact of excessive cost-cutting on the most precious of resources - the staff in your organisation. Statistics clearly demonstrate that in recent years intense work pressures have dramatically impacted on worker stress levels, motivation, productivity, compensation claims, etc. Staff cannot continue to do more with less, as they are often expected to do. They cannot work both harder and smarter. They are not just cogs in a big corporate wheel.
